Fashion & Creative Business at The New School & Parsons

The Gromek Institute collaborates across The New School to further the development of future leaders in fashion and creative business. Students have the opportunity to explore their interest in fashion and creative business across various areas of study within The New School. Programs include the MS and the BBA in the School of Strategic Design & Management, MPS in Parsons School of Design, EMILUX in Parsons Executive Education, E-Lab in the Centers & Institutes and more. The focus is on leveraging interdisciplinary strengths to address key industry challenges.

We are excited to partner with MPS Fashion Management on a new initiative that, for the first time, introduced students to the fashion management field through a series of four lectures: Introduction to the Gromek Institute, What is Fashion Management, Introduction to Justice in Fashion Business, and What is Tech. Together, these sessions set the foundation for an engaging semester and highlighted the values, skills, and perspectives shaping the future of fashion.
